Terms of Service
Adults Only
Adult content This site contains adult content, so users must be at least 18 years old and in a location where accessing this site is legal.

Cookies This site uses cookies to remember your preferences and keep you logged in.

Your Own Risk By using this site, you agree to be responsible for your own interactions, and you agree to hold us harmless from any disputes, claims, losses, injuries, or damages arising from use of this site or interactions with other users. While we work hard to provide a safe and enjoyable environment, you must always exercise caution when engaging with others, regardless of their verification or moderator status.

The Content
Site Theme The theme of this site is "sploshing" or "wet and messy" which to us means "getting covered in some non-bodily-fluid substance." All uploaded media, linked sites, posts, and comments must contain some content or information consistent with this site's theme. Content containing just water is considered wetlook; Content containing any other substance is considered messy. Other fetishes are allowed as long as they are combined with wam.

Ownership This site does not own the intellectual rights to any media content. All media content hosted on this site is owned or licensed by the respective users or content producers who upload it. We are vigilant against piracy. By uploading any images, videos, or other content to this site via the galleries, forums, the bins, or any other upload facility, you acknowledge that you either own or have the right to use the content. If you upload photos that you don't own, they must be in the public domain or you must first get permission from the owner. If uploaded photos have no embedded watermark please give proper credit to the owner in your description. We will remove any content where it seems that a watermark has been deliberately blocked, blurred, or cropped out. By uploading content, you give us license to host it, display it, as well as duplicate, back up, modify, re-render, or advertise against it. You assume responsibility for all repercussions resulting from the publication your content, including but not limited to copyright disputes, conflicts with models or other owners, or physical confrontations. Content or content-related descriptions bearing this website's name, domain name, logo, or watermark; or bearing the name "Messmaster" do not denote ownership, endorsement, or involvement of any kind.

Documentation Due to biller regulations and 2257 law, if your content is sexually explicit, we will require your account to be verified. An account is considered verified once its user has supplied to us a government-issued photo ID and Custodian of Records information. The Custodian of Records is the designated person or entity who maintains proof that your models and crew were at least 18 years old at the time of filming. You must verify the identity and age, and for your own records, keep signed model release forms and copies of photo ID's, from all models and crew members present at the shoots (sample model release form). Store owners are also be required to be verified, and to submit tax identification. We define "explicit" as anything that contains nudity (full or visible through sheer fabrics), sex, or sexual suggestiveness.

Scene Definition For our purposes, a "scene" is the depiction of a unique event, regardless of how it was filmed, photographed, rendered, or edited.

Forbidden Content For all content linked, discussed, or uploaded directly to this site: We don't allow urine, feces, manure, vomit, blood, dangerous or caustic substances such as cement or concrete, or anything rotten or diseased. Simulated such substances are okay as long as it's obvious or clearly stated that they are fake. We don't allow depictions of violence, non-consensual sex, blackmail, illegal drugs, beastiality, incest, pedophilia, dead people, necrophilia, or use of live animals or bugs. Though often combined with wam, we do not consider wam itself to be object crushing, clothes ripping, makeup application (unless using lots of makeup), latex application, airbrushing, or squirting. All subjects must be consenting and not surprised ambush-style. We don't allow images depicting known killers, rapists, pedophiles, kidnappers, or provocative figures. We will remove messages implying suicidal thoughts.

Hosted Content For all media and textual content uploaded to this site: We don't allow content where a subject is unconscious, asleep, hallucinating, hypnotized (or is hypnotizing someone), asphyxiated, on the influence of drugs, or drunk. The models must not be harmed, placed in apparent danger, or shown asking to be freed or to stop, even if acted. We do not accept footage or photos of public areas with unwitting subjects. No pissing or excrement is allowed. Do not split large files into multiple files in order to get around our file size or playback length restrictions. Duplicate content is not allowed even if it's edited differently or in a different speed. Do not delete a scene only to create it again; Please contact us for any adjustments you need. Do not create a new version of a previously-deleted scene; Please contact us to un-delete the deleted version.

Store Content For content sold on this site's store system: Scenes with negligible amounts of wet and messy action won't be accepted. Any scene that contains submersion (e.g. in quicksand, underwater) must also show the model re-emerging afterwards, and the description must mention that no harm comes to the model. Do not promise extra content or products contingent upon purchase from your store, other than through our official Bonus Content system connected to your store. Customers and producers may only use the Name Your Price feature to pay for content sold here; Do not use it to effectively transfer money for content delivered off-site, or to settle other outside debts.

Linking Out We don't allow links to sites that primarily host pirated content such as most "tube" and "clip tape" sites. Links or ads for paid affiliates, escort or gambling services, or paid in-person sessions are not allowed. Do not post or request content has been that hidden, deleted, or unlisted.

Don't Promote Piracy Do not link to or otherwise direct users to any site that is known to traffic in pirated content (e.g. a "tube" site). Asking where to find content is generally okay, as someone may know where it can be legally viewed or purchased, but don't invite others to trade, give, buy, or sell such content, regardless of its age, rarity, or if the producer is deceased. Reselling original analog content such as your VHS collection is allowed, but do no offer to sell your digital content collection unless you own the copyright to the content on it.

Keep the Kids Out! No one under 18 can be present anywhere in the content in absolutely any context, even the background. We do not allow uploads, discussion, or links about any site, picture, screenshot, video, movie, or show whose intended audience is children, even if no children are actually present in the content. We allow reasonable discussion of fetishes from the perspective of being rooted in childhood development, but we cannot allow for the actual events to be described salaciously. Newly uploaded content depicting the actual logos or titles from children's shows will not be allowed. Illustrations, cartoons, and animations are allowed, including those generated by computer, but the characters must clearly look like adults.

Synthetic ContentIf you post about or upload media featuring photorealistic models that are computer-generated or deep fakes, you must check the box on the upload form to tag it as synthetic content. The technology used—whether artificial intelligence, Photoshop, or a skilled artist—does not matter. Non-photorealistic illustrations do not need to be tagged synthetic.

If you upload media featuring the likeness of a real person in a fantasy scenario, that person must be you, your model, or someone who has given consent to use their likeness. We will remove any uploaded media that appears to use a person's likeness without their consent, regardless of whether they're a celebrity or not. At this time we are agnostic about linking to or posting about such content on other web sites, but we may disallow that in the future.

Photorealistic generated and altered content is subject to the same rules as natural content: Copyright laws still apply, subjects must be clearly portrayed as adults, and if the content depicts any nudity, the uploader must have a verified account.

Textual content generated by computer must be tagged as synthetic.

Off-topic We allow links to off-topic personal sites only from your profile page. In our user galleries, off-topic images are only allowed in albums designated as "off-topic" on the edit form. Any off-topic images must be personally owned by you, not off the 'net, regardless of legality. If any image violates site rules, it and its entire gallery will likely be erased as we won't have time to cherrypick for more offenses. Do not discuss illegal activities of any kind on any area of this site. This is an English-language site, and text submitted in any another language may be deleted or translated at the discretion of admin. To view this site in alternate languages, please use a translation plugin on your browser.

Compliance
Age and Identity Verification All persons appearing on this website were at least 18 years old at the time the images were created. All producers of explicit content are required to be verified by sending us government-issued photo identification and Custodian of Records (2257) information which states who maintains proof of age of all featured models. All store owners must meet these requirements plus supply an official tax form. This information is stored offline and encrypted, in our possession only, and is required to be available to the authorities upon a formal request, but otherwise is never given to any bank, government entity, or 3rd party. You may request that we destroy all copies of your submitted documents at any time.

Verification StatusBeing verified, or having the green checkmark next to a username, means that user has provided the information necessary to satisfy biller requirements, but it does not imply a thorough background check, guarantee the user's ongoing authenticity, or imply endorsement or affiliation. The verified account owner may differ from the front-facing personality or the associate managing the account daily. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of any user's claims about themselves, including their sex, name, or other information.

Content Review Process Our team of admins review all media content before display. Our sellable content is also periodically reviewed by our billers' compliance officers as well as by our own administrators. Content approval does not imply endorsement nor confirm legality, and approved content is still subject to further review and reassessment.

Content Flagging Every piece of media content is accompanied by a link to report it to us as a violation. Anyone can use these links to report unauthorized depictions of themselves, piracy or copyright violations, questionable model ages, or anything illegal or against our terms of use. All other issues can be reported via the Contact Us link at the bottom of every page. We have a vigilant community that helps by reporting potential violations that we may have missed. We will respond and/or take action within a maximum of 7 business days.

Piracy Off-Site Do not upload or store your purchases to any other web site. If we have sufficient evidence that you have pirated any content from this site or uploaded it elsewhere, we will gag or terminate your account. If you see a copyright violation anywhere on the internet, please send us a tip by clicking "Report Piracy" at the bottom of this site. Our system attempts to send the tip to the appropriate producers if they are here; We have an array of tools to help producers organize their piracy tips and get their content taken down. Sadly we cannot police the entire internet, so it is ultimately the responsibility of every producer to pursue takedowns of their own material, even if it had been sold here.

Privacy Policy
Never Shared UMD.NET is a private website that does not sell, give, or otherwise share its users' information or habits with any other company or entity, for any price. We will not reveal to any outside user your IP address, email, real name, sales stats, purchase history, or visitation habits. Marketing your personal information will never be part of our business model.

Cookies Cookies are bits of information that your browser remembers and sends back to us with each page load. We use them to keep you logged in, remember your viewing preferences, and store your shopping cart. They will never be used to track you or to compile your habits, and any information we do get will never be shared with any person or entity.

Minimum Information We only collect the bare minimum of info necessary to run the site properly and perform legal due diligence, and no more. The best security is to avoid storing sensitive info in the first place. Sensitive information such as tax documents and photo ID's are kept offline, and we don't store social security or phone numbers at all. We do not handle any credit card information; That's handled separately by our biller.

Secure Connection All pages and content are encrypted before they are sent to you, using the same technology your bank uses. Our backups are also transmitted back and forth this way. This voluntary measure prevents hackers, governments, and wifi snoops from reading any intercepted communications. Your password is stored in an encrypted state so nobody can read it, including us.

Privacy Options User accounts come with a substantial set of privacy options, including private and invisible profiles, and anonymous shopping. You may make private forum posts, give anonymous loves, and more. All new site accounts belonging to females come with certain social features turned off by default, such as private chat, non-friend inboxing, and the wam party.

3rd Parties We use Google Analytics to provide us with statistics and analysis of our server performance and traffic. Google uses cookies (1st, not 3rd party) and your IP address to make this work, but they are anonymized so that all that is reported is general statistical information. We do not let Google use any of this information for their ads because we block their Advertising Features. More on Google Analytics privacy. We use no other 3rd party resource in relation to our traffic.

Refund Policy
Customer Responsibility We believe all content sold here is accurately described in the teaser pictures, text descriptions, and trailers, all of which you should review carefully before making your purchase. Note that some scenes are marked as pictures only, or videos without sound, or large-format videos which you would need a fast computer or device to play. Even if you're on a fast internet connection, your computer or device must have video capabilities to keep up with playback. If buying downloads, please use the VLC Player app for best results.

Inaccurate Previews If you believe any purchase does not match up to the promise of its preview materials, you may contact us and we will work with you and the producer to determine what course of action to take, including a refund or exchange if necessary.

No Access If we failed to make content available for you, or if the content is corrupt, we will attempt to correct the issue and then reauthorize the purchase for you. If that's not possible, we will issue you a refund or exchange.

Disputes on Charges Please contact us directly if you have a dispute about a charge, as any refunds need to be handled by us only. Do not dispute a legitimate purchase directly with your bank or our billers, as that locks us out of the opportunity to rectify the problem properly.

Discounts You must buy all items of any "Buy X get 1" sale all in one purchase. If you forgot to add the free item to your cart before checking out, we will not be at liberty to give you the free one later. Coupons likewise cannot be applied after the sale.

Dispute Resolution
Copyright We personally attend to every copyright complaint and intellectual property dispute, and will attempt to mediate a constructive conversation where all parties can be satisfied. If the parties refuse mediation through our inbox system, or an agreement cannot be reached, the complainant will be asked to supply a production contract that proves ownership. Such a contract must have be signed by both parties and explicitly mention the title and production date of the specific content in question. Requiring a contract guards against potential misuse by competitors leveraging our platform to target their rivals. Any dispute may only be lodged by the actual content owner, and not on behalf of someone else.

Trademarks For any trademark infringement claim over another user using a very similar username or store name or logo, deference will be given to whoever is currently using it on this web site, unless one of the parties in question can provide proof of current ownership. Without requiring proof, any account would be vulnerable to being unjustly shut down by a competitor, former associate, or any random person.

Works for Hire Any producer who buys or shoots content owns the intellectual rights to it. No model contained therein has the right to control how it is sold or displayed once the sale or "work for hire" has been done. A claim of actual ownership of the material is necessary to start a dispute resolution process. If you sell content here that also appears on custom sites like Fiverr, be sure that you own it. Content that was commissioned on those sites tends to be owned by the buyer by default, not the seller--unless both parties have opted to sign a contract specifying otherwise. For disputes over ownership of such content, the original seller may be asked to produce a contract proving ownership. Otherwise, deference will be given to the buyer of the content. You are still required to maintain age records on every model appearing in content you sell here, even if you didn't shoot it yourself.

Reviews Every review submitted for a site listing or scene will be approved by site admin before display. Complaints about inaccuracies and technical issues will be resolved separately instead of being published as reviews, but good faith critical opinions about the content are normal and are allowed. Producers can request the removal of negative reviews by providing a compelling reason, but if we don't remove the review, we will accept an official producer response to be included with the review.

Closing your Store As a store owner, you may close your store at any time but your content will remain on our servers until you delete your scenes. You will not be able to delete any scene that a paying customer or subscriber still has access to; Only an admin can do that (contact us), and the customer will be refunded for their purchase. If you plan to close a store that offers recurring subscriptions, please notify us ahead of time so that any active subscriptions can be canceled and allowed to run out before store closure. If you wish to permanently close your stores, please let us know, and all owed funds will be sent to you within at most three weeks.

Lost Account Access If you lost the password to your account, and you do not have access to the original email account in order to request a password reset, then you may contact us to reset the password. We will require you to verify your account with several pieces of other information such as a recent purchase, your real name and address from a previously submitted document, or other non-public data from the profile.

Legacy Contact If we attempt to contact an account owner but receive no response for an extended period of time, or if we receive word that they are deceased, we may consider the account abandoned; If it has any stores, we may close them and attempt to send any final payment. If you host content here, you should fill out the Legacy Contact section on your preferences. That section lets you specify an official entity with whom we are allowed to communicate and receive directives should you become deceased or no longer able to access this site. We will not initiate contact with this entity, but if they contact us, we will verify their identity based on the information you've supplied, and consider them the official authority on how to handle your content and any remaining financial issues. Absent this information, your content will be deleted from our servers after an appropriate amount of time, and any funds we couldn't send will be held by us. To protect the privacy of any past customers, the Legacy Contact will not be given access to the account itself, nor any messages, logs, customer info, or sensitive data; We will only communicate to them about the content, sales stats, and monetary settlement if necessary.

Service Availability
While we do everything we can to provide a reliable platform, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and sometimes we will need to go offline for maintenance. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the site. As a content creator, it is recommended that you keep at least 3 backups of all your content; We do not guarantee that you will always be able to download content that you have previously uploaded to our servers.

User Conduct
Keep the Party Fun! We are a relaxed community, but when issues come up, we discuss them openly and vigorously. Spirited debates are healthy for any community, but personal attacks ultimately denigrate the community itself. Please do not disparage another user: Bullying, shaming, threats, implied violence, name-calling, and racism have no place here. Strong opinions are welcome, even if they're obviously wrong but sincerely meant, because conversation cures ignorance. Moderation only steps in when the rhetoric seems meant to provoke rather than make an actual point.

Messages Since this is an adult social networking site, you may receive sexually suggestive or explicit messages from others. While expected, harassment is not. Please help us all by flagging anyone who is overly persistent or aggressive, who breaks the rules, or who just gives you a bad vibe. We'll gladly research them and take action if needed.

Respect Privacy Don't publish anyone's phone number, address, email address, real name, or other personal information unless you get permission or it is well-known that such information is already public. Your inbox messages and chats are treated as highly confidential and will not be shared with the public under any circumstance, so do not publish private messages or chats sent to you from someone else. Do not ask for or give the real name of a model who otherwise goes by a stage name.

Constructive Criticism Everybody can speak about what they don't like, but please don't be discouraging to someone just because their stuff isn't your cup of tea. We can be candid about our opinions yet polite at the same time.

Cynicism is Lazy In a world threatening us with false identities and scam artists, it's tempting for our vigilance to devolve into community-killing cynicism. If you're suspicious of a new user, you're free to post any information you actually have, but without that, publicly challenging a new user does nothing to protect or elevate the community. It drives away prospective new users and casts us all as an intolerant mob. If you're skeptical about a user's identity or agenda, please flag them so that notes are logged and admins can investigate. We can be cautious and patient at the same time.

Ignore Chaos Agents It's important to realize that not everyone who shares your views has the best intentions. Some people thrive on stirring up tensions and intensifying drama unnecessarily, even when the issue itself is valid. We do better to not engage with bullies who are more motivated to extend controversies, intensify disagreements, beat up on others, and re-litigate old grudges, than they are to helping us stay peaceful. Consider flagging their actions with a Buzzkill vote.

Models are People Too Models here may portray characters who perform erotic acts and indulge your every fantasy, but please do not confuse the internet personality with the human behind it. When addressing a model or any other user, please show them the same respect that you would any person face-to-face. Avoid sending messages and comments that are too forward or aggressive, and if you don't get a response, take the hint.

Forcing an Opinion Some disputes will involve a debate where facts are weighed and the site owner will ultimately commit to a decision on what action to take. After that, any requests to reconsider the decision will always be honored, and any new information will always be considered. But we will not tolerate posts and comments beating a dead horse, or repeatedly rehashing old arguments and pet peeves.

Thread Hijacking Thread hijacking is the use of someone else's forum thread to bring up unrelated content, or an unrelated issue or grievance. Replies not relevant to the original topic, or that purposely disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, will be removed.

Multiple Accounts It's sometimes reasonable to own multiple user accounts for business or personal reasons, but the use of extra accounts to deceive people or to circumvent blocks is fraud, and that will get all your accounts removed.

Account Sharing Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. If you give someone access to your account, you will be responsible for all actions they take with it, including all messages and comments, additions and deletions, payment method updates, and policy and legal breaches. For any person you allow access to your account, you declare that the person is over 18 years old as verified by photo ID. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Account sharing is not allowed for anyone with any type of moderator status, as the designation and abilities are meant only for the original account holder.

Imposters Any attempt to take on a false persona is forbidden. You may use images that are from the public domain or that you have permission to use, but trying to trick users into thinking you're the person in the photograph when you're not will get your account removed.

Automated Users We don't allow the use of artificial intelligence or any other automated process to sign up, post, or interact with any part of this site.

Eligibility We cannot allow the participation in this site by anyone who has been convicted by a court of law of a sexual offense. If we receive proof of such an offense, your account and any remaining stores or content will be removed. Content already produced by a producer banned for such an offense may continue to be sold by another producer, as long as we are reasonably sure that the banned producer is not an ongoing financial beneficiary.

Jurisdiction We generally do not take action against users accused of occurrences on other sites, in social media, in person, during video shoots, or out of our ability to view firsthand the evidence of the accusation. If the alleged action did not take place on this site, and we have no on-site logs, messages, records, or data to support one side of an issue, we will take a hands-off approach while welcoming everyone to discuss the issue publicly where people can make up their own minds. We will gladly accommodate requests to research a user's actions at this site to determine if we have any firsthand evidence of any wrongdoing.

Fairness in Moderating Much of this site is unmoderated, meaning that your posts and content do not go through a pre-approval process before being shown. Therefore, admins must rely heavily on flags and reports from the community to bring attention to issues. Some of the more prolific producers may feel that they are flagged and singled out more than others, but that's not because of some institutional bias. Often it's just a function of them being more visible and having more content and posts out there. We have no control over who and what the community chooses to flag, and producers who post more will naturally receive more attention and flags. Also, you will not be able to gauge how much corrective action is actually being applied to others because moderation is often done in silence so as not to disrupt the community. That said, this being a community-based reporting system, some issues will sadly be overlooked. You can help us moderate more consistently and fairly by bringing any issue to our attention at the time you see it; Bringing up past grievances only when you are on the hot seat yourself implies that you care more about deflecting from your own situation than working to toward a more-equitable application of the rules.

Spam
Advertising Limits You may create only one forum promotion thread (plug) for any given scene or event. All posts about the scene or event must be added to the same thread, including previews or followups, or content becoming available on a new site later. If the original thread has been auto-closed, you may start one additional thread for a scene to announce it being remastered or moved to a new site. You may promote a maximum of one scene (or one site update or one event) per day, per store, per forum. For promotions about web sites in general, you may post one update per day per site (sections within a site don't count as separate sites), and any links must point to a page that mentions the advertised content.

Running Sales You may promote a maximum of 2 sales (overall price reductions) per year for any given store, including external stores. You may run each sale for a maximum length of 2 weeks on internal stores. You may adjust your content prices as often as you want, but you may only promote individual scene price reductions a maximum combined total of 2 times per year (which will not count against your 2 overall sales advertisements per year). Do not advertise price reductions for any individual scene more than once. You may create one forum thread per sale, within which any and all updates about the sale must contained.

Working the System Our forums are meant for community conversation, but we also allow the sensible promotion of content. To help us strive for balance, please be sure not to use publicity tactics--subtle or aggressive--to take advantage of our leniency. Don't put banners or links in your signature or in every post, as we already link to your sites under every forum post. Don't create posts or replies just to repeatedly mention ongoing sales, your customs biz, or other services. Don't repeatedly use personal woes or sob stories as part of your advertising or forum plugs. Don't paste the same advertising in every message. Don't use use tacky characters or text decorations or a lot of all caps. Don't post to the wrong forum just because it gets more traffic. Don't repeatedly post and then delete messages or other content. Don't urge your store customers to leave reviews in forum posts (though they may do so on their own if they wish); You may ask them to submit a review in the dedicated Reviews section instead. Supportive mentions from fans and customers are encouraged, but super-fans who repeatedly promote your content or reliably respond to most of your posts may be asked to dial it back a bit. Our inbox, commenting, and chat systems are for genuine conversation only; Do not use these systems to advertise. For the sake of the integrity of our ratings system, you may not offer incentives of any type for customers to write more-positive reviews or give a higher star rating or "love" your content more often. You must disclose if you are being compensated in any way for posting a review for content bought here, including with money, content, coupons, or merchandise. We have an undisclosed limit on the number of loves you may give to any other user per day. Don't repeatedly create scenes that are only meant to be available temporarily.

Customs
The "List" We support all producers who offer customized video services off-site. We allow linking to web sites for those services without prior approval (real sites only, not just social media or phone numbers or an email addresses). But you may not use any other part of this site to actively negotiate those services back and forth with users without first being on our Custom Producers List. To get on the List, review the rules and ask Messmaster.

This site cannot not be held responsible for any consequences of using the List. All agreements are between the producer and customer only, even if we offer to help. For us to assist in a dispute, the producer must be on the List and a contract must be presented. We cannot actually enforce any contract; It's needed only for assessing who is culpable. In the event of a dispute, our assistance is limited to attempting to get all parties communicating and possible List removal. A producer's privileges on this site are not part of your agreement and will not be used as leverage.

If you are a producer not yet on the list and someone contacts you about customs, kindly invite them to continue the conversation off-site. Anyone using our messaging facilities to solicit custom work who is not on the list is working against this site's rules; Do not do business with them. Use the list at your own risk. It is not a list of recommended producers! It was created to give the community an unbiased place to voice positive and negative feedback, as well as to combat the problem of unscrupulous fly-by-night producers. Every producer has issues at times, but we will only consider removing a producer from the list if we feel that they are actually running their business in bad faith or have stopped responding to customers.

At Your Own Risk We cannot endorse nor guarantee the work of anyone, even if they are on the list, and we will not be held responsible for any consequences, monetary or otherwise, of your arrangements initiated or negotiated through this site. We are not an escrow service nor a collection agency, so it's the responsibility of the customer and producer to make their own contractual agreement on all aspects of the finished product and its payment and delivery. The contract should also outline consequences for uncompleted, late, or unsatisfactory work; or customer nonpayment.

Payment It is up to the producer and customer to agree on an external way to exchange payment and transfer files for customs; You do not have to use our services. If you do wish to sell your scene to a specific customer on this site, you may use the "private sale" option when creating your scene, but it must be offered at the full agreed price of the custom. Do not upload "dummy" files in place of the real content. We cannot endorse or guarantee any custom work created, nor guarantee that the customer will actually buy it. Some producers have the ability to transfer a portion of their store earnings to another producer to settle past debts; Do not rely on this facility as an ongoing way to sell and pay for customs. Please avoid using any money sending service where fetish and adult content is against their terms of use.

Conflicts If your producer has stopped communicating with you (especially if your contract's deadline has passed), please send us the contract and we will attempt to help get things resolved. We have limited time, so for us to get involved you will be required to first send us your contract; The contract must be signed by both parties and mention the specific scene in dispute and the date it was shot. If a producer is ignoring any customers, they will be removed from the official list at least temporarily.

Live Sessions We do not allow the advertisement or solicitation of in-person paid sessions (meet-ups) or escort services, even if sexual activity is not offered.

Fundraising
Crowdfunding While it isn't forbidden to mention crowdfunding and fundraisers on this site, we do not allow it if there is the promise of a product or service or future action for reaching a goal, or if the product isn't finished. That's because we cannot account for the goal being met, or guarantee delivery of the product or service or proposed action. If there is no promise of anything in return, the crowdfunding or fundraiser is acceptable.

Raffles We do not allow raffles, either in isolation or as a reward for buying a product, because we cannot vouch for the winner selection process or guarantee that the payout will be made. We do allow contests where no money is required to participate.

Sex and Gender
By Default It's important to respect the gender identity of all people, especially when it differs from one's biological gender, or assigned sex. But also understand that this is a visual, media-based website, and that physical appearance is overwhelmingly how our visitors expect things to be organized and presented. So by default we will categorize and moderate content based on the perceived biological gender. That is overridden if the user has specified themselves as a different gender (or no gender) on their profile.

One-sided Wam This is what we call it when content contains a male and female interacting together, but only one gets wet or messy. Whether to label this coed or not is left to the discretion of the author. Both genders must at least appear in the footage to be labeled coed.

Paypal
Please do not use Paypal to pay or accept payment for any type of business negotiated at this site, whether it is for physical or digital products, and whether it's explicit or not. It is against their terms of use. Their idea of what is "adult" is more stringent than yours, and they will eventually suspend your account for it, and it looks bad on us. Users that we find negotiating actual business here via Paypal may have their accounts removed. There are other money transfer services that may be more lenient with these types of transactions, and we have no problems with you using those. The use of Paypal on your own web site is your choice and not against our terms, but do that at your own risk. You must have a real web site to advertise the acceptance of Paypal; Merely advertising your email address or payment link is forbidden, even in your profile Social Networking area.

Moderator Guidelines
A Moderator's Role A moderator is a user who has been given access to some administrative functions in one or more areas of this site. Moderators are not employees nor affiliated with the business end of this site, and do not have access to any sensitive information. While moderators are asked to promote good vibes in their every interaction with this web site, they are not official representatives of this site. Their views do not necessarily represent the views of the UMD or its owners, nor is the UMD or its owners privy to or responsible for their private life or business affairs. Do not share information with a moderator that you wouldn't share with any other user.

Expectations As unpaid volunteers, moderators are under no obligation to perform any action, though any help is appreciated. Moderator accounts must be accessed consistently by one individual, and the UMD owner must be alerted if anyone else will ever be accessing the account.

Limitations Moderators use an internal system to make notes and review anonymous flags, but do not have access to sensitive information such as inbox messages, personal documents, or other people's sales. Moderator accounts are prevented from take action on, or viewing flags about, their own content. Moderators cannot see flags related to store content. Account sharing is not allowed for anyone with any type of moderator status, as the designation and abilities are meant only for the original account holder.

Good Vibes Only The tone set by admin ends up affecting how everyone else speaks to each other. So it's important to treat even those who get out of hand with respect. Avoid publicly admonishing users; It's humiliating to be corrected, and resentment will probably set in no matter who's right. Never publicly threaten to ban or remove a user, as intimidation is not the message we want to send to the community. Never quote our rules or TOS at a user; Instead try to explain why we don't allow a certain action. When we do ban a user, it is considered permanent because punitive timeouts don't exist here.

By Default, Just Flag If there is any degree of uncertainty, please just flag the item or report the situation and let Messmaster handle it. You can immediately take action on obvious things like duplicate posts, cross-posting, wrong gender, wrong forum, divulging personal info, threats, links to forbidden sites or pirated content, or anything where the infraction is clear-cut, but please flag all other situations for the site owner to handle. The administrative actions you take are anonymous and Messmaster takes complete responsibility for them.

Sensitive Info If you deem that sensitive or controversial images, links, or information has been posted, and you feel that prolonged exposure could put someone at risk of harm, please just delete content in question. Everything can be undeleted or restored from backup if necessary and reevaluated at a later time, and an announcement can be made explaining the situation in order to hopefully avoid conspiracy theories.

Plugs All forum posts promoting a specific scene should be added to the same thread. If separate threads are made, they can be combined, but only if they are by the same user.

Gender If a user posts content with mixed genders (coed) where only one gender gets wet or messy, they get to choose whether to label it as a single gender or as coed. It's not necessary to adjust the gender tagging in these cases; Please refer to "One-sided Wam" in the Gender section of this TOS. Images inside of forum and blog posts automatically inherit their gender tag to match that of the thread's originating post. Sometimes an image may not match the gender of the post, but at this time this is acceptable as these images' gender cannot be changed. Forum replies are not required to match the gender of the original post, unless it seems to be done as a distraction on purpose.

Copyright and Piracy Users may ask how to legitimately find obscure material, but they may not imply that they wish to trade or obtain it illegally. Avoid posting piracy tips or links to pirated content. In most countries, copyright lasts 70 years after the owner's death.

Broken Some forum threads may be centered around content that has since become deleted, such as an embedded video. If significant conversation hasn't developed, those threads may be deleted as a courtesy, but we don't consider geo-locked videos deleted; Please leave them up because there are people who can see and enjoy them.

Groups There is no requirement to use groups instead of forums for any particular topic. Never move a post from a forum to a group unless asked by the topic originator. Topics can be moved from a group to a forum if necessary.

Taking Action Never edit a user's post to alter their sentiment; We prefer to delete if necessary or leave it alone. If you do need to edit a user's post for reasons other than fixing a typo, please add an internal admin note to the post. Only lock a thread if you believe it's spinning out of control yet the existing discussion is useful to keep for posterity; Locking forum threads is not a preferred corrective action. As an ambassador of the site, please don't use the blocking features on other users.

Not Banned Touchy subjects like politics and religion are not banned so long as they are discussed respectfully, and located in the Non-Wam sections (unless wam is involved). If different users make duplicate posts about the same link, video, news, or other discovery, our current policy is to just leave the duplicate posts alone. User are allowed to plug/advertise really old content as "new," so long as it's new to this site. We have strict rules on double promotions, but occasionally a fan may review, link to, or post images from a scene that was already advertised, or will likely be advertised later; We do not take action against these individuals unless it appears to be a pattern, or a deliberate conspiracy.

User Privacy As an admin, you may be privy to information nor normally available to the general public, such as internal moderator notes and logs. It is forbidden to share any of this information with anyone, to store it on any device, to use it for competitive advantage, or to use it in any capacity not directly related to the moderation of this web site. Divulging any of this information to anyone other than the owners of this site is a legal offense that we would be obligated to pursue. Please respect all users' privacy foremost by not accessing restricted data unnecessarily; Only view it on an as-needed basis.

Safety Tips
Watch what you post!
This is an adult social networking site, and you should take great consideration in what you publish. Please do not upload anything that you are not comfortable ultimately being out in the public. Even with privacy controls, all it takes is for a user to log in or befriend you to see the content you've put up, and we cannot control or be held responsible for what they do with it.

Be Stingy with Your Info!
Never give out your address, your email, or your real phone number. Be very selective about what personal information you tell people because that's something you can't undo later.

Make your wishes known!
Before resorting to blocking a user from contacting you, first try clearly stating your wishes. If you don't tell the person that you are not interested or don't want to chat, they likely won't get the hint and will keep messaging you. But if they persist even after your wishes have been stated, or if they make you feel uncomfortable or suspicious for any reason, feel free to report or block them; Our administration will get a direct alert about your action and will do all necessary checks to make sure they aren't bothering anyone else.

Be Careful Meeting up!
Many people have discovered each other here and physically met up. But never let your guard down. Be extremely careful and first really get to know who it is that you are meeting, and don't go alone. We will happily approve any request to look into any user if you have any suspicions at all. Of course we can't be held accountable for any events that arise from contacts made on of this site.
Frequently Asked
What is a Verified Account?link
An account is considered verified once a photo ID and Compliance Record Holder (2257) information have been supplied. Only verified accounts may upload explicit pictures or videos, or open a store.

Any user may upload the required information by editing their preferences. All documents are transmitted securely, and once verified, they are removed from the internet and stored offline and encrypted. We can only accept government-issued photo ID's such as a driver's license or passport.

Please interact with users at your own risk, regardless of their verification status. Our verification system and the green tick do not denote endorsement, nor do they guarantee that the verified entity is the one actively using the account. We take all reasonable measures to keep bad people off of this site, but there is no substitute for being careful with anyone you interact with and doing your own due diligence before doing any business. We are not officially affiliated with any user and are not responsible for the outcome of any interaction facilitated here. Users' verification documents are not shared with or authenticated through any 3rd party service.

The purpose of collecting ID's is that they must be in our file in case we are presented with a challenge to your age by our biller or government authority. In that case, you will first be contacted with a full explanation as to what is going on. This information will be kept on-file indefinitely while you are here, and for those who leave, we do a periodic purge of unneeded photo ID's and other sensitive information after a reasonable grace period. You may request that we destroy all copies of your submitted documents at any time.

While we do not require photo ID's of your models and crew, you are required to maintain them for your own records, as well as signed model release forms.
Why were my photos rejected?link
Starting in October 2021, the credit card companies started requiring that all users uploading new explicit content have to become verified. We must manually review everything and delete any explicit content uploaded by non-verified users. Until approved, new content will be temporarily hidden or replaced with a placeholder icon. Any user can get verified by editing their profile and filling out the Compliance Record Keeper and Photo ID sections. "Explicit" is currently defined as anything containing sex, masturbation, nudity, hard-ons, toplessness (nipples showing regardless of gender), or suggestive touching.
Why didn't my post bump the thread to the top?link
Forum threads are sorted by the date of the most recent reply by default. Sometimes an enthusiastic contributor will reply frequently or extensively, causing a thread to dominate the top of the list. To be fair to others' threads, some such replies may not bump the thread to the top. It's important to note that this isn't intended as a punitive action! It's what enables the freedom of unlimited posting with no rules on bumping. Subsequent replies can still bump the thread.

To view all threads by their actual last post date, visit your preferences and turn off the Forum Bump Filter.
I joined VIP but it's not activelink
It sometimes takes a moment for for our system to receive the authorization from our biller. Please wait a couple of minutes then refresh your profile page, and your VIP should be active. If not, please contact us.
Why do I have VIP status?link
If you have VIP status and did not pay for it, don't be alarmed. You may have been given a complimentary membership because you are one of our Most Loved community members; We automatically upgrade your account to VIP status for a day if you are near the top of this list on any given day). You may also have been given this status because you are a top customer, or because admin has given it to you for some random reason! So enjoy!
Why won't my purchase play?link
To troubleshoot downloading, streaming, or playback issues, please refer to this list.

For download purchases, try the free VLC player for desktop and mobile. It plays everything! Also, check the file size to make sure you downloaded the whole file, and if not, try again.

For streaming purchases, please test your purchase with a different browser. If it works, the original browser may need to be updated or have its cache cleared.

If you're on a computer and unable to start downloading or streaming at all, please ensure that this site is not being blocked by a personal firewall or other security software. Avoid VPN's if you can. Clear your browser's cookies to make sure it's not an authentication issue. To make sure the issue is not with your browser itself, please test on a different browser. To make sure the issue is not with your internet provider, please test using your phone or mobile device with wifi turned off.

If playback happens but is glitchy, your video card may not be able to keep up with high-frame-rate or high-def content, even if you have a solid internet connection. Please watch it on an updated computer or device. Playback in fullscreen mode seems to work more smoothly on some systems.

If playback shows a black screen but you can hear audio, this means your video player needs to be updated so it can understand the video encoding.
Why was my payment declined?link
Our biller has an anti-fraud system that is a bit hyperactive. Even if you're legit, your purchase may be blocked due to some unknown red flag.

Due to strict privacy terms, we are not given any information about payment declines, but you may contact our biller directly at epoch.com.
Why so much commercial activity?link
A media-rich site like this is expensive to run. For it to exist, there must be some sort of advertising or sales happening. Commercial posts, or "plugs" are the main source of funding for us, and they are the reason we don't have to run annoying pop-up ads or video inserts, or resort to more intrusive forms of generating revenue like privacy-invading banners or selling your personal info.

Forum plugs for internal content are clearly labeled as such, so you are empowered to skip over the stuff you don't want to see. You can even filter as many users as you like so you never have to see their posts (what other site has their own built-in ad blocker!). If you'd like to support the site by being a VIP member, you can even turn the ads off completely.

This community enjoys hearing about new content from their favorite producers, and almost all plugs have free pictures or video content to enjoy. We are the #1 haven for original, exclusive, niche wam content, and producers from around the world are uploading tons of fresh on-topic content every day--something we could only dream about 20 years ago. This takes a lot of time, resources, and dedication from many people, so we can't begrudge them covering their expenses while still expecting free stuff.

We stand by our uniquely passive, user-empowered methods of advertising.
Why is the percentage of explicit adult content increasing?link
Actually it's not increasing. The percentage of explicit content is around 15% as it has been since the start, and depictions of actual sex are extremely rare. We just let people post what they want to post, and so long as it is on-topic, we will approve submitted content without any bias toward any particular preference or sub-genre. If content skews in any direction, that is reflective of producers responding to community demand.

About half of our visitors have always preferred the more explicit content while half prefers it clothed or visually innocent. But let's not fool ourselves: Fetishistic content that doesn't seem explicit to the masses will still appeal to a prurient interest in the viewer who has that fetish. So if we are honest with ourselves, it is all explicit.
Is it Censorship or Moderation?link
Moderation is about keeping the peace. Censorship is about suppressing an idea.

We welcome strong opinions and all points of view, even if unpopular, but we occasionally need to delete messages for various reasons such as being belligerent toward another user. Moderation is about allowing as much individual expression as possible while recognizing the cues that will turn a productive conversation into a worthless brawl.

Censorship on the other hand is bias in action. It's the attempt to suppress one side of a debate because you disagree with it morally or because it's uncomfortable to discuss. As long as substantive points are being made, and aggression isn't being shown toward other users, members are free to argue their opinion about any subject, and they'll never be censored.

The views and opinions expressed by site users are theirs only and do not necessarily reflect the views or positions of the owners of this site. The existence of posted messages does not denote endorsement.
How does gender tagging work?link
Forum posts and images can be tagged with one gender selection: female, male, coed, or trans. Video and store content is tagged automatically, based on the gender of the models attached. The gender of other content is inferred from the user's own profile settings and gender preferences. Having this info lets us tailor the the entire site for each visitor based on their own gender viewing preferences.

Your gender view setting (in the top right corner of many pages of the site) attempts to find you all content of that type, even if it contains other things. For example, the Male setting gives you all content that contain males, but so you don't miss anything, we also include Coed content because that also has males. If you prefer to block mixed-gender content, please enable the Strict setting next to your gender setting in your preferences.

"One-sided wam" is what we call it when content contains a male and female interacting together, but only one gets wet or messy. Whether to label this coed or not is left to the discretion of the author because to many, the person delivering the wam is just as relevant, whether they stay clean or not.

When you have thousands of people freely posting without pre-moderation, it is impossible to guarantee that all content will be tagged correctly. As such, our gender filter can only be so accurate, and it will merely "bias" the site toward your gender preference. Please help us by flagging any mis-categorized content.
How do store owners handle taxes?link
In order to pay you for your sales and to establish an official business relationship, we are required to ask all store owners for basic tax info. Please edit your preferences and see the Producer Info section for tax identification forms and instructions.

We do not collect or withhold any taxes. It is always your responsibility to report all earnings to your tax authorities. We recommend classifying your sales income as royalties for licensing your content. Don't forget that you may write off supplies and other expenses. Use a legal professional if you can.

If you live in the USA and were paid more than $600 by check, we will send you an annual 1099 tax reporting form. This form may be sent by mail or made available as a digital file. If you live in the USA and were paid via a money transfer service, they are obligated by law to send you a "1099k" form by January 31 that covers only the amount paid through them. No tax documents will likely be sent or reported to the governments of producers outside of the USA.

If you were paid both electronically and by check, you may receive one or two tax forms for the corresponding amounts. Even if no yearly tax document was sent, all paid producers are required to report and pay taxes on all their yearly royalties. In the USA, you may be able to report your royalties to the IRS as self-employment income on form 1040 C.

For your own accounting purposes, you should use the date when you were actually paid, not when the sales were made. To get a report on your total annual sales income, use the pulldown on the top-left corner of your Payouts page.
Is it moral to post discoveries?link
The thrill of discovering wam in the real world is why this site was created. The community has always linked to sites, pictures, and videos found out there, whether by professional studios or regular people. But we should remember that most real-world wam was created by people who have no interest or awareness about wam, and never expected to gain the attention of a fetish audience. This may not be a moral concern if you, like us, don't view fetishes as inherently evil, but not everybody thinks that way. So on the merit that the content was made public, we will continue to allow the posting of discoveries so long as we are not causing linking to any content that was intentionally hidden or meant for kids, and we will continue to respect any link removal requests.
Why would I offer Name Your Price?link
...after all, nobody is going to pay for something when they can get it for free, right?

Name Your Price (NYP) is feature that allows download store owners to offer downloads where the customer chooses the price, down to $0.

NYP is primarily an advertising / exposure tool. It's like offering free video trailers, except with NYP the customer has the option to actually pay you for it (like a tip jar). But they may not pay, so it may not be wise to think of NYP as your primary way to offer all your content, or even items that are brand new or that you really need to recoup funds on.

NYP is as a tool that's available for you to boost exposure in a novel way. People are drawn to the prospect of something free and the empowerment of choosing their price. Tons of people are going to flock to your NYP content, and most really will download it for free, just like a video trailer. We don't mind paying for the bandwidth. The point is to use it to bring exposure to your brand and the rest of your catalog. But if you are going to be angry at people grabbing any particular piece of content for free, then you probably should not offer it as NYP.

Many producers have actually made very good income using NYP, but it's up to you to calculate whether your advertising M.O. would benefit from either using it extensively, dabbling in it strategically, or not at all. If you can't fit something like NYP into the bigger picture of your business model, then it's recommended that you not use it.
How do I remove my results from Google?link
Google indexes our pages, and even if you've removed your account and forum posts, they may still show up on Google's searches for a while. Google revisits our pages every day to update their listings. When they try to access your old deleted profile for an update, we automatically send them the signal that it's gone and should be removed from their results. Because of this, your info should be wiped from their results relatively quickly. If not, or if you have questions, please contact us to investigate.
How do the ratings work?link
The site-wide ratings system was designed to gauge community consensus about the value of everything that can be added by a user. You can rate photos, videos, forum posts, sites, and even site reviews. The system was built to be fair. You have to be logged in to vote, you can only vote on each item once, and you can only vote any given producer's content a limited number of times per day. It is a rolling ratings system, meaning only the latest X number of votes (currently 100) of any type, for any given item are considered, and older ones are forgotten. This allows an item's rating to change over time. For example, a site that used to be great and had high ratings may stop updating and start getting lower ratings, causing the old high ratings to eventually drop off the end. Or vice versa. Every item's rating is an average of the number of stars users gave it, which gives a level playing field for all items old and new.

We also have a separate scoring system which takes each item's user-rating and weighs it against how old that item is. Every day that passes, any item's score is weighed 1/30th less. When it's new, its score has 100% of its weight but after half a month its score is only worth half as much. Items over 30 days old are not considered at all. We use these date-weighted scores to determine the "top items" in any category such as hottest photos and forum threads, and even wammer of the day. So whatever is new, highly-rated, or both, will likely make the hot list in its section. The scores are also weighted by other factors such as the number of unique views the items have gotten, and any negative reports users have submitted on them. These scores are just relative, numerical indexes that we use internally, so they are not shown to the public. Remember that these scores are independent of and do not affect the star-ratings.

You cannot directly rate other users. However the site uses an algorithm that takes into account everything each user posts around the site. The user with the most highly-rated stuff, the most stuff, and the most recent stuff, gets pushed higher in the rankings. So the more you participate, and the better-rated all your stuff is, the higher your score gets. You might even become Wammer of the Day!

Please don't take it too seriously. It's just meant to be fun and to encourage people to post great stuff. We can see who is rating what, so anyone caught abusing or spamming the system will be banned.
What is UMD Fetish?link
UMD Fetish is a sister site run on the same platform as UMD. It's meant to be a place where wam models and producers can show off their non-wam fetish stuff, and their fans can be exposed to another side of their content. The site caters to the kinky and weird, but not the extreme.

All content sold on UMD Fetish automatically appears in UMD's store's own Non-Wam section, and on listings and search results where the visitor has the non-wam filter set to "allow." A separate profile is required, but both accounts can be linked so you're automatically signed in to both when you log in.

At this time, UMD Fetish doesn't enjoy the traffic that UMD does, so forum posting and other features are not currently enabled as they wouldn't get enough traction. So for now, the site is mostly geared toward the videos and stores. As the site grows naturally, models and producers will determine its ultimate direction, and more features will be unlocked.
